FAQ

How do I earn points?

Earn one point for every five dollars spent at Shop3D.ca for your orders. Points are awarded on your subtotal: the price of the order after discounts but before shipping, taxes, and tips.

How do I spend points?

Use the Select Rewards menu while logged in to your Shop3D account to view your point balance and redeem it for rewards.

It won't let me redeem multiple rewards.

Rewards are meant to be redeemed as coupon codes and are limited to one per order.

Saving up your points will mean you can go for the higher priced ticket rewards and be upgrade to higher reward tiers.

The program is designed for customers to redeem 1 reward per order. If you absolutely want to redeem more than 1 reward for any reason please contact our sales team and we can try to accommodate your exception.
